1. Service

Kestrel provides APIs and a dashboard for sending and receiving messages, managing phone numbers, registering 10DLC brands and campaigns, and placing and receiving calls.

2. Accounts and verification

You must provide accurate business information. We verify businesses before enabling sending and may request documents at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Your use must follow our Acceptable Use and Messaging Policy, carrier requirements and applicable law, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM.

4. Consent

You are responsible for obtaining and recording consent from every recipient and for honoring opt-outs.

5. Fees and payment

Usage is charged at the published or contracted rates. Carrier and registration fees are passed through. Prepaid balances are required before sending.

6. Suspension

We may suspend traffic or accounts that violate these terms, carrier rules or law, or that show signs of fraud, and will tell you why and how to appeal.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Message and call delivery depends on third-party networks and is not guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
